The NRW Management portal is a repository of resources. If you are a user registered as an Uploader, you can submit content for approval, and if the content is approved, it is added to the portal as a resource available to all Subscribers.

• Core (foundational) content/materials is uploaded to the portal
• External content/materials can be referred to using a URL (i.e., a hyperlink to the external content is supplied).

Before submitting content, confirm that the materials adhere to the following quality criteria:

• The focus must be on how to address the management of non-revenue water, as evidenced by the keywords your select, and the selected keywords must be relevant for the content
• Standardised formatting requirements must be adhered to:
• Use English (South Africa) spelling and grammar
• Do not use ALL CAPS
• Titles must contain Capitalised Words
• No advertising or commercial agenda is permitted in uploaded content
• Materials must be proofread, edited, coherent, and complete
• Peer-reviewed materials are preferred
• The content must benefit the water sector or industry
• Case studies must be about completed (successful or unsuccessful) work, and relevant for a particular context (i.e., a metro, or a district municipality, or a local municipality)
• IP rights must be respected (i.e., creative commons or public domain only) and unauthorised use of intellectual property is not permitted
• Content that changes continuously should be submitted as hyperlinks and refer only to long-term reputable websites.

You are required to confirm that you indemnify the owners of the NRW Management portal from damages, including legal costs and financial losses, if a third party claims the uploaded content infringes their patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
